Who We Are
Richard Hahn founded RJ Hahn & Associates to share his passion for helping small and medium sized businesses reach their next level. That passion runs deep - you might even say that it’s in his DNA.
Growing up in two family-owned businesses, he saw firsthand the challenges and sacrifices that come with building and running a company. He believes these businesses and entrepreneurs are the backbone of our economy and our communities. That belief drives his commitment to help owners gain control, achieve clarity, and build businesses that thrive.
Richard built his professional career at leading corporations such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Marriott International, XO Communications, as well as the US Defense and Intelligence Communities where he led large-scale initiatives and delivered multi-million dollar business-critical outcomes. In addition to these Fortune 50 corporations, he’s also been a key member of several early-stage companies and commercialization efforts that brought new and innovative technologies to market and generated millions of dollars in revenue.
With RJ Hahn & Associates his goal is to bring the right level of structured management discipline that the large enterprises use to growth-minded businesses allowing them to improve and grow with confidence and clarity.
Richard has degrees from Penn State and George Washington University. He is PMP and ITIL certified. He remains actively engaged with Temple University’s Fox School of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship program and has been a small business mentor with the US SBA SCORE program.

Our process is straightforward. Our initial engagement will be to conduct an Operations Assessment or Technology Assessment. This assessment can take anywhere from a couple hours to a full day, depending on the size and scope of your business. We can do this assessment in person or over a video call.
